Correction to Reply to March 29-April 1, 1976 Audit
Dear Sir:
The NRC audit conducted March 29 to April 1. 1976, stated that we had a deficiency for not preparing, approving and distributing Management Safety Review Committee Minutes within the required fourteen days. Our reply stated that the day following the meeting was a Saturday and that b
ve assumed fourteen days later was the second Saturday after the meeting.

That statement is not true.
The meeting was on a Friday, February 27, 1976. The following day was the first day after the meeting and, by actual count, fourteen days following the meeting was a Friday. This made the Minutes due on March 12, 1976, not March 13, 1976, as stated in our reply.
We have already taken the actions necessary for correcting this deficiency as evidenced by our last meeting records.
SMUD had MSRC Meeting Number 36 on April 8, 1976, and the meeting Minutes were prepared, approved and distributed April 16, 1976.
