Dear Afr. Giambusso:
Under separate cover, we are transmitting Amendment No. 24 to the Application for Licenses for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No.1. This Amendment consists of Revision No.10 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Three (3) original and twenty-Gve (25) conformed copies of the transmittal sheet are included together with seventy (70) copies of Revision 10 to the FSAR.
This revision of the FSAR consists of responses to Round-2 requests and positions which have been transmitted to the Applicant in Atomic Energy Commission letters dated October 4, '974 and October 15, 1974. As discussed with the AEC' Project Afanager Positions 1.01, 16.02,16.03 and 16.04 involving Technical Specifications will be addressed arly in 1975 when the Technical Specifications will be reviewed in their entiraty.
As stated in our letter to the Atomic Energy Commission, dated October 28,1974, we have responded with alternate positions to Positions 7.6.1, 8.3.1, 9.2.1 and 13.3.1.
