S. Nuclear Regulatory Ccanission (the Cocaission) has issued Asenament No. 6 to tne Facility OperaCng License No. NPF-3, issued to tne Toleco Edison Company and tne Clevelano Electric Illu:ainating Company, wnicn revised Tecnnical Specifications for operation of tne Davis-desse Nuclear Power Stacion, Unit No.1 (tnd facility) located in Ottawa County, Unio. Tne arsenoment is effective as of its date of issuance.
This ameaccent reaoves a condition wnten stipulated the amount of tiiae allowed from date of issuance of tne operating license for corn-pleting the instaliation of tne modified emergency diesal fuel oil storage and transfer system. This license is furtner amenced by maxing tne appropriate cnange to tne Tecnnical Specifications on Face 3/4 6-1.
The amencment complies witn tne stancards and requirements of tne Atorsic Energy Act of 1954, as amenaea (tne Act), and tne Co::nission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate finaings as required oy tne Act and the Consission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment.
