Dear Mr. Rusche:
The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, Duquesne Light Company, Ohio Edison Company, Pennsylvania Power Company, and The Toledo Edison Company are members of the Central Area Power Coordinating Group (CAPCO) and are installing jointly committed e-d owned generating facilities. Included in these generating facia.ities are five specific nuclear projects which either have Construction Permits issued, or which have. applications pending for a Construction Permit.
The Commission's Regulations contained in 10 CFR 50.71 (b) requires the filing of a copy of the annual financial report from licensees and holders of a construction permit.
In order to avoid duplication and to have one coordinated filing for the CAPCO Group companies, we are enclosing eight (8) copies of the annual report for the five CAPC0 Group cumpanies set forth above. The projects that this filing applies are:
