The Office of the Secretary received a Motion for Leave to File Late-Filed Contention in relation to an adjudicatory proceeding before the Board on the application of Interim Storage Partners LLC for the WCS Consolidated Interim Storage Facility (Docket No. 72-1050-ISFSI).
The motion, along with supporting documents, was submitted by counsel for Sustainable Energy and Economic Development Coalition (SEED Coalition) via Electronic Information Exchange on October 23, 2019 and can be found in ADAMS under package accession number ML19297A223.
