The report was discugged with Mr. D. R. Haverkamp cc 1615 hours0.0187 days <br />0.449 hours <br />0.00267 weeks <br />6.145075e-4 months <br /> on March 3,1979.
On March 3,1979 durine maintenance activitieg on the IB trip valve en the turbine driven = team generatne musiliary feedwater pump, e nut and wanhar were discovered in the line.
An investigation was coweenced to determine the origin of the component =.
On March 5.
1979, it was determined the nut and wcaber may have c w f ro's one of ih three check valves upstream of the trip volve.
At 1829 houra. the turbine driven steem generator auxiliary feedwater pump was isolated and declared "norerable.
The three up=tream check valves were diame=== bled and in=pected.
The nut and washer on the IC steam acnerment ateam supply to the auxiliary feedwater pumpt. check.wstve were miaming
