Dear Mr. Swayze:
m This will confirm and notify all interested parties of our agreement that your deposition will be taken on June 19, 20 and 21 commencing at 8:00 a.m. on June 19.
This agreement is, of course, subject to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's granting of our Motion to Extend the Discovery Period.
The deposition will be taken in the Conference Room of a motel or hotel in either Port Lavaca or Bay City.
We will determine the place of the deposition at a later time and will notify all interested parties.
As I indicated to you in my response to your inquiry, it did not appear to me practicable for all of the interested parties to give you a " release" of any liability; however, I have given you my personal assurance that Houston Lighting &
Power Company, acting in its individual capacity, has no intent to seek to impose any type of civil or criminal lia-bility upon you and would be very surprised if any other interested party made an effort in this regard. Our only interest is to build a safe plant as economically and expe-ditiously as is possible consistent with safe construc-tion and operation.
