Dear Mrs. Buchorn and Mr. Sinkin:
When you, Mr. Schwarz and I were together on May 29 in Brown & Root's offices in Houston Mrs. Buchorn mentioned to us something concerning some records which she had discussed with Mr. Jacobi.
Mr. Schwarz and I were not exactly sure what records Mrs. Buchorn was refer-ring to, and, in accordance with our promise, discussed the matter with Mr. Jacobi on Friday, May 30.
There is still considerable confusion, in our judgment, concerning exactly what records Mrs. Buchorn was talking about.
The only way that I know to resolve this problem is for Mrs.
Buchorn to submit to us a specific list of documents which she wishes to examine or have copied.
If Mrs. Buchorn will submit such a list we will consider it promptly and attempt to cooperate to the best of our ability.
Alternatively, we will be happy to sit down with you and Mr. Jacobi go see if we can resolve the confusion.
Mr. Sinkin also suggested the possibility that Mr. Swayze may wish to refresh his recollection by reviewing certain documents before his deposition.
