This is the report for March, 1980, on the discovery status of Central and South West Corporation and its affiliated companies ("CSW et al").

During the month, attorneys for CSW et al participated in the depositions of J. Wenders, J. Bruggeman, A. Wood, H. Wood-

- Eon, G. Arey, A. Smith, J. Atkins, A. Sprawls and J. Bondurant.

Attorneys for CSW et al also attended the depositions of G. Stagg and J. Wilson.

In addition, on March 6, 1980, CSW et al filed and served its response to the Joint Motion of the Department of Justice ("DOJ") and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff

("NRC" ) for Modification of the Board's Order Regarding Protec-tion of Settlement Discussions and the Joint Motion for an Order to Compel Production of Certain Documents and Testimony. On March 13, 1980, CSW et al filed and served its Petition for Certification of Order Granting Joint Motion of DOJ and the NRC for Modification of the Board's Order Regarding Protection of Settlement Discussions. On March 17, 1980, CSW et al filed and served a Statement Opposing Consolidation of the South Texas Project and Comanche Peak Proceedings.
