A9 This supplement to " Licensee's Answers (Set No. 3) to California Energy Commission's Second Set of Interrogatories to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District," dated January 16, 1980, is to correct an error in the answers given.
On page 1B-2, a loss of all unit AC power is identified as a moderate frequency evant.
This is incorrect.
No expected frequency should have been given.
The event described, a complete loss of all AC power, is a hypothetical case addressed in Section 14.1.2.8.4 of the Rancho Seco Final Safety Analysis Report, with no frequency specified.
In preparing the response to part (b) of CEC Inter-rogatory 1 of December 21, 1979, which requests the expected frequency of the likely initiating event for each transient identified, chis hypothetical incident was inadvertently h
