ORDER May 14, 1980 The staff is hereby relieved of the obligation we previously imposed to file with us a monthly report on the status of this case.
Instead, the staff should provide us promptly (when it is issued) with a copy of the formal opinion memorializing the New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting's vote on January 29, 1980 to certify only a single 900 MWe coal plant at the Jamesport site, and keep us informed of any other significant developments in the case as they occur.
