ORDER May 13, 1980 l
We have received a copy of the Licensing Board's order of this date in this antitrust proceeding.
We have also ex-amined the settlement status reports filed by the parties on May 9, 1980.
On the basis of that order and the status reports, we have decided to continue to defer action on the discovery question pending before us.
See our unpublished April 15, 1980 order.

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Today's order of the Board below requires the submission of additional written status reports by no later than 4:00 p.m.,
on June 9, 1980.
Copies of those reports shall simultaneously be filed with this Board.
We wish to stress once again the imperative necessity that each party take full advantage of the further opportunity to achieve a settlement which the Licensing Board has now provided.
See our April 15 order, at p. 4.
It is so ORDERED.
