NRC Docket Nor 317-443A and 50-444A

Dear Mr. Attorney General:

Under cover of a letter to the NRC, dated March 19, 1980, Public Service Company of New Hampshire submitted for filing in the referenced dockets Supplement No. 4 to the Amendment No. 40 to the license application for the Seabrook Nuclear Power Station.

This supplement includes the final details relating to the ownership shares of the Seabrook Nuclear Power Station.

Supplement No. 4 identifies a new participant in Seabrook.

The New Hampshire Electric Cooperative has accepted a 2.17391 per cent share in Seabrook.

Supplement No. 4 states that as soon as possible additional information demonstrating the Cooperatives financial qualifications and the information requested by the Attorney General for antitrust review will be filed with the NRC.

Under the provisions of 10 CFR S 50.33(a)(3) of the NRC regulations an ap-plicant for a license which owns or operates a power generation facility capable of generating 200 M'.!(e) is exempt from providing the NRC with the antitrust information required in Appendix L to the above referenced 10 CFR Part 50.

Since New Hampshire Electric Cooperative falls into this applicant category it is exempt from providing this information.

Never-theless, Public Service Company of New Hampshire intends to provide it.

When received it will be transmitted to the Department promptly.
