Thank you for your letter of February 6,1980, concerning the State Agreements program.
Enclosed is a copy of a letter I have sent to Mr. Tedford in response to his letter of January 23, 1980.
We appreciate your comment regarding the organizational location of the NRC's administration of the Agreement States programs.
Your views will be seriously considered in reorganization plans which affect Agreement States programs.
We look forward to receiving the views of the States on a continuing basis.
I hope you will not hesitate to bring issues to our attention as you feel appropriate.
