ORDER REV0 KING LICENSE This is to inform the Commission that an Order Revoking License No. 21-15455-01 is being issued today to American X-Ray & Inspection, Inc.
This action is based on the provisions of the Order to Show Cause and Order Suspending License which was issued to the licensee on February 28, 1980, wherein the licensee was provided the opportunity to file a written answer to the Order within 25 days of the date of the Order, otherwise the IE Director would issue a subsequent order without further notice revoking the license.
Since no answer has been filed, this Order is issued to revoke the license.
