This refers to your !?ay 5,1980 letter for temporary exemptions from the requireacnts of 10 CFR 25.11, 95.11 and 73.5.
The temporary exemption from the requirement of 10 CFR 73.5 will require an administrative amendeent to License S!!!1-1227. An administrative amendment fee of $150 is, therefore, required as specified in Section 170.31 (lC) of 10 CFR 170, copy enclosed. Payment should be made to the 81.5. ?!uclear Regulatory Comission and nailed to my attention.
Your request for exemption from the rnquirements of 10 CFR 25 and 95 is being reviewed by the llRC Division of Sr.curity, and they will respond shortly.
