Response to IE Bulletin No. 80-09, "liydramotor Actuator Deficiencies" In accordance with the requirement given in Reference (a), a determination has been made that there is no safety-related system or component in the Maine Yankee facility which uses an All-90 or Nil-90 series liydromotor Actuator manufactured by ITT General Controls.
