Article X - Government Support Ceiling / Obligation of Funds and State Contribution of Funds, the following changes are made:
A.
Paragraph (a.), the FY 1977 Support Ceiling is changed to read:
"FY 1977 - $2,750 per site."
B.
Paragraph (b.), as modified, is changed to read:
"The amount deobligated by the Government with respect to this contract for the FY 1977 effort is $11,000.00."
II. The contract amount -is hereby decreased by $11,000.00 from $79,660.00 to $68,660.00, by reason of this Modification No. 5.
