This is to confirm the comments made to you and your staff regarding the recent regulatory program review conducted by E. C. Ashley.
Based on the results of the revies, the staff believes that the State's program for control of agreement material is adecuate to protect the public health and safety and compatible with the programs of the fiuclear Regulatory Comission (f;RC) and the Agreement States.
l Mr. Ashley provided you and your staff with some coments and recommendations for improving the fiebraska program at the conclusion of the meeting (see enclosure).
