Dear f4r. Gates:
This is to acknowledge receipt of the March 4,1980, telex from John Gilpin, addressed to Robert G. Ryan, who is now on extended detail from this office to the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The telex informed us that, due to inflation, the cost of the Radiological Emergency Response Operations (RER0) courses has escalated from $23,000 to $26,000 per course.
No effective date was mentioned.
Would you kindly send me t confirming letter for the record regarding the increase, and let me know against which course the higher charges would start to be applied. Please send a copy of the le ter to Mr. Ryan, addressed as follows:
