CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY'S ANSWER TO NRC STAFF MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING On April 30, 1980 the NRC Staff (Sta f f) filed a motion for issuance of Amended Notice Of Hearing regarding the December 6, 1979 Order Modifying Construction Permits.

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S2. 730 (c) Consumers Power Company (Licensee) files this answer.

Licensee supports the Staff motion and urges the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) to grant the motion. Licensee also urges that the Board grant the Staff's request, at page 2, footnote 1 of its motion, that the Board serve copies of its Amendment To The Notice Of Hearing, if granted, upon all parties to the operating licensing pro-I ceeding.
