SUBJECT:
AUGMENTED WORK SCOPE FOR " PIPING INELASTIC FRACTURE HECHANICS ANALYSIS " NRL CONTRACT NRC-03-79-116 On December 4,1979 we requested that an additional task be added to NRL contract NRC-03-79-116. " Piping Inelastic Fracture Mechanics Analysis," and authorized an additional $7000.00 to complete this task.
In a February 27, 1980 letter E. E. Henfin to W. B. Menczer, NRL infonned the Division of Contracts that the additional task can be completed within the scope of work of the existing contract and that the contract modification is not needed. Accordingly, l
we request that the RFPA in our December 14,1979 memcrandum be cancelled.
