Initial report of the subject deficiency was made to R. W. Wright, NRC-0IE, Region II, on February 15, 1980. The first interim report was submitted on March 13, 1980. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, we are enclosing the second interim report of the subject deficiency.
