On May 6,1980, in a letter to the Staff, the Applicant in the captioned pro-ceeding stated its intention to respond to the Staff's post-TMI action plan items in early July.
Upon receipt of the Applicant's responses, the Staff will evaluate them in preparation for the publication of the next supplement to the Safety Evaluation Report.
Since the Applicant's submission to the Staff will be made in July, we will, if the Board has no objection, wait until July 31, 1980 to file our next status report concerning the progress of the Staff's review of this application.
