Wayne Kerr, USilRC dated February 19, 1980, in which both Homestake and CDH indiccted that they ne longer consider burial at Site B a viable alternative for disposal of Pitch Project tailings, case number 33000029A01E (Site B Tailings Area Evaluation) was closed out on ilarch 20, 1980.
