50-328 TVA will perform the auxiliary feedwater pump endurance tests on both motor-driven and turbine-driven pumps as outlined in " Revision to Recommendation No. 2 of ' Additional Short-Term Recommendations' Regarding Auxiliary Feedwater Pump Endurance Test" which was informally transmitted to TVA on April 17, 1980.
These tests will be completed before exceeding five percent of rated core thermal power.
TVA will keep the NRC-01E resident inspector informed of the schedule for these tests. As requested, TVA will provide you with a summary of the results of these tests no later than one week after the test is completed.
In addition, a test report will be provide 3 with a summary of the test conditions and the results of the tests within 30 days after all tests are completed.
