This morning I arrived prepared for the deposition of Mr.
D.
E.
Simmons, Chief Engineer for Houston Lighting &
Power Company, only to learn it had been postponed.
Brownsville was not previously notified of this schedule change.
We are entitled to be apprised of all schedule changes.
Brownsville does not have the resources to participate in all depositions, and when it does so, the preparation involved is a serious commitment of resources that has an impact on work on other facets of this litigation.
It is most burdensome on Brownsville not to keep it up to date on deposition scheduling.
I would appreciate your cooperation in keeping us informed of all arrangements for depositions including rescheduling of Mr. Simmons and Mr. Scarth.
