20555 Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit No. 2 Seismic Qualification Ibview Gentlenen:
Your letter dated February 4,1980 contained a request for addition-al information concerning the seismic qualificaa of safety rela *sd 1xxt-NSSS supplied electrical ard mechanical equipnent. You requested that our response be provided by March 15, 1980. At this time it appears that we can provide a major portion of the informaticri requested by that date. However, a telephone conversation between our representative and the NBC project manager for Farley-Unit No. 2 on March 10, 1980 indicated that a seismic qualification review team has not been established yet, and,

therefore, it would be prudent to wait and subnit all of'the information requested at a later date in one transmittal. Accordingly, March 28, 1900 was a response date mutually agreed to that would allow us to otrnplete this effort without irtpacting our review schedule.
