Vermont Yankee Contingency Plan
Dear Sir:
This letter is written to provide the additional information requested in Reference (2). In the general comments section of the enclosure of Reference (2) the NRC requested that the revised plan pages be given a revision number and date.
Vermont Yankee is establishing a revision index and will provide such a designation in the near future; however, this system will not assign revision numbers to changes which require NRC, approval. Such changes will be assigned-a proposed change number (as this submittal has) and will not be implemented until approved by the NRC. Upon approval, a revision number will be assigned, the revised pages marked accordingly, and the change distributed.
The enclosed information is considered proprietary in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.790. This material shculd be withheld from public disclosure.
