- - OF DOCUMENTS Texas Utilities Generating Company ("TUGCO") requests that this Board dismiss the motion of the Department of Justice as moot. In the deposition of Mr. Nelson in-Dallas, Texas on February 29, 1980, counsel for TUGCO stated to counsel for the Department of Justice that TUGCO was currently in the ,

process of reviewing and updating its responses and would .

send its supplemental responses to the Department before the

- the case with the Department of' Justice, this-process of review and supplementation is a time-consuming task and TUGC0 cannot physically complete it by March 6, 1980.
