' Corrective Action Supolement
-In reviswing the, material certifications for hanger attachments.provided 'o t
TVA by-Bergen-Paterson _for pipe hangers; at the Phipps Bend Nuclear Plant, TVA found that a question remained on certification of attachments for 18 pipe _ hangers. This discrepancy was noted by NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wright in his February l 14,.1980,' exit interview.-

.Tliis situation was discussed with Bergen-Paterson and resolution obtained

- For documentation for: attachments on two hangers, the heat numbers

T were incorrectly typed. This error will be corrected by Bergen-Paterson and the corrected documentation submitted to TVA. Heat inumbers for two other. hangers were believed to have typographical
_ errors but Bergen-Paterson indicated the heat numbers are correct as originally' submitted..

For:three hangers,-Bergen-Paterson indicated that the proper-

' documentation had:been provided in Bill:of. Lading No. L3276. TVA,
- however,/did actLrece'ive the documentation'with that bill of lading.
_Bergen-Paterson will resubmit the documentation for-those three hangers.
