This is to. inform the Board that following a request made on February 11, 1980
-by Robert Culp, counsel ~for Houston Lighting and Power Company, the City'of San Antonio,LTexas, acting by and through the City Public Service Board of San
. Antonio.-Central Power and Light Company and the City of Austin, Texas ("Appli-cants"), and the' telephone' approval on the same date of Lanny Alan Sinkin, the representative of Citizens Concerned About Nuclear Power (CCANP), the under-signed opened the large manila envelope to the undersigned (which had. written on it'.the' instruction that dt not be opened before. February 5, 1980) and Tinformed the' Applicants' counsel that the Applicants'could make arrangements
'to pick up one'of the~two identical white envelopes that were' contained in the
~
large manila envelope.
These documents, as you will' recall, were the subject ef an agreement made
~
amo.ng the~ Applicants, CCANP and the NRC' Staff which was set forth in the
~ Applicants' letter to this Board dated January 7, 1980, as well as the-subject
-of the' affidavits filed with the Board under cover letter dated January 24 1980.
