l In accordance with the acreenents reached in our discussions on October 3 l
1979, with you and Dr. Shiba, we would like to ask your permission to release our English translation of the JAERI Facility Description (JAERI-ME!O 8110) and Drawings to the MARK II owners in the United States. This is urnently needed to allow them to construct a Fluid Structure Interaction analytical model of the JAERI test facility as part of their Fluid Structure Interaction studies.
The MA'lK II owners have scheduled a meeting on December 10, 1979, and we would like to discuss this natter with then at that time. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if we can be authorized to release the above infonnation.
