Description:
Cooling Tower Blowdown Outfall No: 800173 Prior to Dilution Parameter: Sulfate Parameter No: 00945 1.
Date of Incident: July 31, 1979 2.
Identification of specific c luent limitation exceeded: Weekly Sampling for Sulfate 3.
Description of Incident: The weekly sampling and analysis for sulfate in the cooling tower blowdown was not performed during July 1979.

Apparent Cause: Tee-4cian er-cr.

If not imediately corrected, the anticipated time the condition is expected to continue: NA 6.
Corrective Action - The following corrective action was taken or will be taken to reduce, eliminate and prevent recurrence: An analysis for sulfate was performed on a composite sample representing the blowdown eftluent. This value was reported on the MOR. A schedule of required sampling will be reviewed with appropriate persons to insure all sampling 4
and analysis will be performe 7.
