Dear Ms. Bailey:
The purpose of this letter is to formally withdraw American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) letter submitted on August 15, 2019 (Reference 1), providing non-substantive page changes to the Security Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter at Centrus Energy Corp. Headquarters in accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 95.19.
Additionally, the re-submittal of this proposed revision to the Security Program provides a change to the Centrus headquarters classified mailing address and related administrative changes.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Program; however, have been determined to be a substantive change in accordance with 10 CFR 95.19(a)(l) and requires the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's prior review and approval. Changes in this revision are designated with revision bars in the left-hand margin and are enclosed for your review.
The enclosure contains Security-Related Information and in accordance with the guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Energy, also contains Official Use Only information.
Centrus requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.39o(ct)(1).
