[External_Sender] RE: Letter re: NHPA Section 106 process for Cimarron site activities Date:
Tuesday, August 06, 2019 2:18:33 PM Good afternoon Ms. Pineda,
Thank you for following up on your original letter to President Dotson. I am the new Director of Historic Preservation at the Delaware Nation. Dana Kelly is also still with the department. Logan county is out of our area of interest, so we will defer to the other tribes who wish to consult.
Thank you, Erin

Letter re: NHPA Section 106 process for Cimarron site activities
Dear Ms. Kelly,
In June, the NRC sent a letter by mail to President Dotson regarding possible consultation under Section of 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The letter concerns a proposed NRC licensing action that would allow groundwater cleanup at the site of the former Cimarron nuclear fuel fabrication facility in Logan County, Oklahoma. Ive provided links below to letter and enclosures so that you may access them electronically and download them. After you have had a chance to read the letter, please let me know whether the Delaware Nation is interested in becoming a consulting party for this proposedaction. Thank you.
