Dear Mr. Forster:
This is in response to your letter dated June 9,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of a mailing list entitled "NRC Distribution Category Code #CL-State Legislation and Activities Report."
In response to your request, please find enclosed a copy of the subject list.
In a telephone conversation on June 20, 1980 between Mr. Dick Lavins of my staff and yourself, it was agreed that you would bear the cost of reproducing the list.
The charge for reproducing distribution lists is three cents ($0.03) per label. Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 521 labels is $15.63.
Please send a check made payable to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $15.63, along with a copy of this letter to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
