Dear Mr. LaGrone:
The enclosed NRC Form 173, Standard Order for DOE Work, is submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2. of the DOE /fiRC Memorandum of Under-standing, dated February 24, 1978.
In response to a request from Paul R. Dickinson of the San Francisco Opera-tions Office, this work order provides a three-month no-cost extension in the period of performance for tht: work outlined in work order #80-79-005, dated March 30, 1979.
The revised period of performance extends from fiovember 1, 1979 to July 31, 1980.
Please indicate DOE acceptance by signing and returning the enclosed NRC Form 173 to the NRC Office of the Controller, Division of Accounting, with a copy to the Office of State Programs, attention: Marie Janinek.
