UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISS10N DOCKET NO. 50-10 COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Comission's regulations in 10 CFR Part 51, notice is hereby given that a Draft Environmental Statement prepared by the Comission's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation related to the proposed primary cooling system r' emical decontamination at Coninonwealth Edison Cogany's Dresden Nuclear i

Power Station, Unit No.1 located in Grundy County, Illinois is available for inspection by the public in the Ccmission's Public Decument Room at 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C. 20555 and in the Local Public Document Room at Morris Public Library, 604 Liberty Street, Morris, Illinois 60451. The Draft Statement is also being made available at the State Clearinghouse, Bureau of the Budget, Lincoln Tower Plaza, 524 S. Second Street, Room 315, Springfield, Illinois 62706. Requests for copies of the Draft Environmental Statement should be addressed to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission, Washington, D. C.,
