Telecon April 17, 1980, between Spencer Floyd, SRI, and Paul Edgeworth NRC.
As a result of this Supplemental Agreement, Contract NRC-02-80-051 which was issued as unpriced order 0008 'inder Basic Ordering Agreement NRC 78-071 is hereby definitized, in accordance with Article III thereof, into a priced order (Firm-Fixed-Price). As a result of this definitization, the total amount of funds obligated under this contract is decreased by $313.00 from $10,000.00 to $9,687.00 Task order number is corrected to read 0010 in lieu of 0008.
