Dear Mr. Wiedenhorn:
This is in response to your letter of Mg 28, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to 'the Freedom of Information Act, seven categories of NRC distribution lists.
Copies of the lists are enclosed.
In a June 3,1980, telephone conversation with Sarah N. Wigginton of my staff, you agreed to bear the costs of reproducing the lists. The charge for reproducing distribution lists is three' cents ($0.03) per label.
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 12,780 labels is $383.40.
Please send a check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission in the amount of $383.40, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
This completes NRC action on your request.
