PROPOSED EXPORT THAT NO LONGER REQUIRES COMMISSIONER REVIEW, XsNM01664 Enclosed for your review are copies of a pending license application,~ fa-vorable Executive Branch views, and a proposed license for the export of special nuclear and source material to West Germany.
Under revised 10 CFR Part 110 regulations, this type of export no longer requires Comissioner review. Unless we are advised by your office, within 7 working days from the date of this memorandum, of any particular issues which may require further analysis, it is IP's intention to issue a license for proposed export.
