Haddam Neck Plant Advance Route Approval - 10CFR73, Section 73.37(a)(1)
Apelicant Licensee: Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company, FTOL DPR-61 The Reference (1) letter granted approval for the transport of spent reactor fuel along the route described in the Attachment to the letter.
At this time, we are requesting tn emergency route change, as outlined in the Attachment to this letter. The change is required due to a portion of the route being closed for maintenance.
The Attachment to this letter contains information of a type specified in 10CFR Part 2.790(d) and is deemed to be commercial or financial infor=ation within the meaning of 10CFR9 5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR Part 912.
