MEETINGS WITH BCW AND BEN OWNERS GROUP The BCO Task Force has arranged two meetings this week with BCW and the BCW Owners Group (TMI-2 Effects Subcommittee). The following is provided for your information:

' July 18, 1979 Meeting with BCW to discuss small break LOCA analysis Time - 1:30PM Place - P422 Meeting is needed by Rosztoczy to clear up some open items in the BCW analysis in order to support the ferthcoming NUREG 0565 (Staff Evaluation of the BCW analysis)

July 19, 1979 Meeting with BCW Owners Group Time - 9:00AM Place - Ramada Inn (Bethesda)

Purpose - (1) discuss the organization of the Owners Group and how the staff should deal with the group (2) discuss long-term actions required by the Commission Orders,

-open items from our SEs, and recommendations by the Lessons Learned Task Force.

You are welcome to come to either or both of these meetings; however, you N

presence is not required.

The TMI-2 Effects subcommittee of the Owners Group is made up of the following representatives: Chairman Dave Holt (DUKE), Stan Anderson (SMUD), Dave Mardis
