Reference a) above, requested four (4) modifications: 1. Relief from building surveillance; 2. Relief from daily air samples and weekly smear surveys; 3. Reduction in the amount of SNM on R-63 license; and, 4.
Extension of our R-63 license to 19 February 1983.
Reference b) and c) above responds to a verbal request by Mr. Peter Erickson for: 1. Safety analysis to cover 1. and 2. of reference above; 2.
A request to modify our R-120 license by the addition of the remainirg four (4) unused R-3 fuel elements, and the startup neutron source; 3. That we sub-mit a dismantling plan for the R-3 Enclosed herewith are niaeteen (19) copies of the Dismantling Plan for the R-3, lo Kw reactor, dated 15 March 1980. This submittal fulfills Mr. Erickson's verbal requests.
