" Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical P.H:nriksorEquipment at Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station," Rev. O, includes, and diBasddes$t. therefore supercedes, these earlier reports. In addition, YAEC-1216 contains information for response to action item 7(b) of IEB 79-01B. To summarize, YAEC-1216 contains:

(a) A list of required equipment by system, (b) a list of associated electrical components by system, (c) an environmental qualification worksheet for each electrical component, and (d) service condition profiles for design basis accident conditions and the qualification test performed.

In spite of our desire to make YAEC-1216 as complete and comprehensive as l
