The attached report R.Siudek YAEC-1216 " Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical P.H:nriksorEquipment at Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station," Rev. O, includes, and diBasddes$t. therefore supercedes, these earlier reports. In addition, YAEC-1216 contains information for response to action item 7(b) of IEB 79-01B. To summarize, YAEC-1216 contains:
