References (4) and (5) contained preliminary information required for response to action item 7(a) of IE Bulletin 79-01B.
The attached report YAEC-1217
" Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment at Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company," Rev. O, includes, and therefore supercedes, these earlier reports. In addition, YAEC-1217 contains information for response to action item 7(b) of IEB 79-01B. To summarize, YAEC-1217 contains:
(a) A list of required equipment by system, (b) a list of associated electrical components by system, (c) an environmental qualification worksheet for each electrical component, and (d) service condition profiles for design basis accident conditions and the qualification test performed.
In spite of our desire to make YAEC-1217 as complete and comprehensive as Dok DM
