Reference is made to the Board's order of April 18, 1980, which fixed May 30 as the due date for the next status report f' rom Applicants and the NRC Staff.
To avoid needless duplication of effort, we request that the two documents being served herewith be accepted as Applicants' May 30 report.
These two documents are (1)
Applicants' Reply in Opposition to SCANP's Motion to Dismiss the Application and (2) Affidavit of James E. Mecca.
