Dear Mr. Clark:
Reference is made to your letter addressed to Mr. A. E. Lundvall, Jr.,
Vice-President, Supply, dated May 13, 1980, and received on May 15, 1980, wherein you stated your initial review of our Guard Training and Quali-fication Plan indicated a need for some revisions and additional infor-mation. The letter further stated that a response is required within 30 days of the date of receipt.
In order to afford us the necessary time to make the Plan revisions and respond to your comments, it is requested that our Company be granted an extension until July 15, 1980 (60 days from the aforementioned receipt date).
The additional time is needed to make extensive revisions resulting from both your review and Baltimore Gas & Electric Security organizational / procedural j
changes which have occurred since the Plan was submitted on August 17, 1979.
In our response any new changes made to the Plan, which did not result from your initial review, will be appropriately noted.
Since the Security Organization at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant is a part of my Division, and I have the Corporate responsibility for overseeing this function, please see that all future correspondence concerning Security matters is addressed to me (Vernon R. Evans, Vice-President, General Servicer).
