Gentlemen:
Our letter of March 18, 1980, addressed to you, informed you of a delay in the submittal of our response to the subject bulletin.
We committed to provide a partial response by April 1,1980.
Since that time, the Division of Operating Reactors has requested that we submit a complete response to the subject bulletin by April 26, 1980.
Our letter of March 27, 1980 to Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut committed to provide a response by April 26. We find it necessary, however, to limit the scope of the bulletin to AC power supply to the NNI buses.
This limitation must be imposed in order to respond by April 26, 1980. A more thorough review of incidents such as the Crystal River - 3 event cannot be completed in the short time period and thus will not be included in our response.
